Hmmm....last time I was here I'm pretty sure I saw a "does this online PDF-thing work for you" notice.

So, anyways, yes it does. But only on Windows. Whatever plugin it requires (probably Flash), isn't on my stock Debian.

Yes, it's Flash based. But you can still download the PDF if you don't have Flash installed or just hate flippy-books.
